Recommendations
While the whole course, BSB30120 Certificate III in Business for Trainees will be updated, this report focuses on BSBTEC302 Design and produce spreadsheets
To update the unit I propose to:
- Upload resources to a Chisholm standard Moodle template
- Including a copy in PDF format of the purchased resources for those that want to print the book
- Transfer the purchased resources across to Moodle Books in chapters as advised by our e-learning mentors
- Include H5P quizzes for formative assessments at the end of each book chapter
- Upload videos that provide the basics of using Excel for additional resources or for those that need to supplement the book resource
- Provide links to other resources such as LinkedIn Learning or Microsoft support
- Use the principles of Universal Design for Learning in developing the course on Moodle
- Ensure that course meets the WCAG 2.1 guidelines
- Gain feedback from students that use the Moodle for continued improvement
